The nose is complex and aromatic. It reveals notes of vanilla, prunes, raisin de Corinthe and slight notes of citrus in the background. The palate is fresh, ample, complex, elegant and fruity. It expresses notes of white fruits (apple, pear), slight notes of prune and candied peach associated with small caramelized notes and spices as well as well-integrated oaky notes. It also expresses a few notes of orange zest on the finish associated with notes of nuts. Good length and persistance on the palate. A beautiful Armagnac.
