(44%) The nose is powerful, elegant and offers a certain straightness, a beautiful stretched side as well as a fine and powerful grain. It reveals notes of pepper, dried zest and small notes of dried apple associated with small touches of rancio, a subtle hint of dried lemon, dried almond, toasted as well as a discreet hint of leather and of chocolate. The palate is gourmand, elegant, beautifully defined and offers a little juiciness, suavity, power in delicacy, deepness, roundness, a small spherical side, fat in finesse, freshness as well as a fine and powerful grain. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of crystallized mandarin, candied peach and small notes of apple associated with touches of rancio, caramelization as well as fine toasted hints, chocolate, dried flowers, a subtle hint of lilac and Bourbon vanilla.
