The nose is fruity and racy. It reveals notes of small yellow fruits, brugnon and small notes of varietal associated with very fine hints of minerality. The mouth is fruity, well, mineral, well-balanced and offers fat and an acidulous/mineral frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy/juicy Mirabelle and small notes of brugnon associated with touches of apple, varietal as well as very discreet hints of flowers and butter. Good length.
