(97% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec) The nose is fruity, relatively powerful and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of sour cherry associated with a touch of cassis, blackberry jam as well as touches of strawberry, red cherry as well as a hint of zan and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality and a certain juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and cherry associated with fine touches of wood and licorice. Tannins are fine, elegant and slightly firm. Good length and persistence with notes of chocolate and wood.
