The nose is fruity, well-built and offers power and a fine freshness. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of cocoa, grey pepper as well as very discreet hints of nutmeg and cloves. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame as well as precision. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy blackberry, ripe/juicy cherry as well as fine hints of tonka bean, tobacco, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of garrigue. A very discreet chew on the persistence.
