The nose is fresh, fruity and offers power (but full of finesse) as well as deepness. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh cassis, ripe/fresh blackberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of raspberry as well as fine hints of rose, cornflower and fine hints of graphite, chocolate and a subtle almost varietal hint. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, elegant and a beautiful finesse/delicacy as well as richness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of cherry as well as hints of flowers and caramelization. Tannins are elegant and structuring. A good persistence on very discreet hint of bitterness.
