The nose offers notes of crushed raspberry, wild cassis and more lightly spices associated with small touches of nutmeg, Cuben pepper as well as a fine hint of toast and a discreet hint of cloves. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / tangy currants, juicy / tangy raspberry and more slightly blackberry associated with touches of lilac, lily as well as fine hints of almonds, spices, pepper and with a discreet hint of nutmeg. Tannins are well developed.
