Cusumano – Shamaris 2021 – DOC Sicilia

The nose is fruity, mineral and reveals some complexity and freshness. There are notes of bright flat peach, lychee small notes of of peach blossom combined with delicate touches of spice and a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is mineral and offers a nice freshness, roundness with finesse, a certain volume with delicacy, a mineral backbone and a certain elegance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of bright apple, flat peach and, more slightly, rose petal, combined with touches of citrus fruit and a subtle hint of tangerine peel and flowers. Good length.
