The nose is elegant and fruity. It reveals notes of red fruit (cherry …), blackberry and sour cherry associated with slight notes of violet as well as touches of spices, fine notes of black cherry candy and slight notes of black pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, fat, gourmand, slightly smooth, slightly fleshy and offers a small racy minerality and a nice silky matter (good weight in mouth). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry candy, cherry and slight notes of black cherry associated with a touch of cassis candy, small notes of violets, spices as well as slight notes of laurel / olive and slight notes of green almond / hazelnut on the finish. Tannins are fine and young (need time). Good length and persistence.
