It reveals notes of ripe cassis, blackberry and ripe wild small red fruits combined with fine touches of olive / varietal as well as discreet hints of tonka bean. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / crunchy cassis, crunchy / juicy / fresh wild fruits and small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of wild blackberry as well as very slight varietal hints / olive tree and very discreet hints of almond toasted / caramelized / cocoa. Tannins are fine, racy, elegant as well as a bit chewy. A beautiful gourmandise and suavity on the finish / persistence.
