Nice compact and persistent foam that reveals a pretty light straw yellow color. The nose is fresh and fruity with an iodized side: a sea breeze emerges. We have fruits like peach and pear, but also green orchard fruits like grapes. There are also more vegetal notes like angelica and white lilac. The palate is fresh and direct with a chalky salinity. A little smoky, a little mineral, the tasting continues with fruits such as white cherry, wild strawberry and white peach. The bubbles are fine and the finish is delicate.
