Cosentino – Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 – Oakville – Napa Valley

The nose is aromatic, quite intense and offers concentration and freshness. It reveals notes of dried strawberry associated with touches of cassis, raspberry and a hint of balsamic. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit fleshy, a bit silky and offers a nice fresh frame and suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy red fruit and touches of blackberry associated with a hint of dry red fruits, fine touches of Zan, a discreet note of mushroom as well as a fine notes of toasted oak and slight notes vanilla on the finish. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length and fruity persistence. The finish is finely powerful.
