Twelve hours of maceration on the skins give the wine an attractive copper colour. The nose is aromatic and pleasant, offering nuances of meadow flowers, apricots, and peaches, supported by a touch of lemon and a hint of grapefruit. The palate is juicy and fresh with elevated acidity, delicate texture, and nice sapidity. The wine reveals notes of pineapple, a touch of apple and pear, and a delicate hint of yellow flowers in the aftertaste. A good aperitif wine that also can accompany Mediterranean meze and light fish dishes.
