The nose offers notes of pulpy small red fruits and small notes of cherry, cherry blossoms associated with a touch of local grove, a hint of blackberry as well as a very discreet hint of licorice, bay laurel and black olive. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a beautiful minerality, a beautiful definition, a small gourmandize, suavity as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, juicy / fresh redcurrants and small notes of juicy / fresh plum associated with a touch of raspberry leaf as well as very discreet hints of licorice stick. Good length.
