Intense amber colour. The nose is robust, powerful and perfumed, with notes of wood and some green hints of stems, complicated by nuances of green tea and candied lemon. The palate offers elevated acidity, very high, warming alcohol (almost like a fortified wine), powerful, bold and astringent tannins. Good complexity and potential. Long finish with notes of caramel and liquorice.
