The nose is fruity, beautiful elegant and offers delicacy, a beautiful finesse of the grain, deepness, power (full of delicacy) and a small complexity. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, small ripe/fresh black fruits, small notes of ripe wild strawberry, griotte associated with small touches of small fleshy red fruits, violet plum, lily as well as discreet hints of sweet spices, sense of the place, a subtle hint of almond, tonka bean and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, volume, a beautiful fat, a beautiful delicate/finely unctuous matter, a beautiful precision, a small straightness as well as deepness and a certain purity of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, pulpy Boysen berry, small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of small ripe wild red fruits, pulpy violet plum as well as hints of toasted, a subtle hint of cornflower, sense of the place and vanilla/toasted hazelnut. Good length. A very discreet chew in the finish/persistence. Beautiful persistence A wine full of elegance, delicacy and controlled power. Tannins are fine, elegant and precise. Congrats!
