The nose is aromatic and powerful. It reveals notes of cassis, blueberry and small notes of blackberry associated with slight touches of bell pepper, graphite as well as a few notes of spice and a discreet touch of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, round, voluminous, relatively fat, relatively fleshy and offers suavity, minerality, an acid frame and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and fine touches of black cherry / sour cherry associated with slight notes of juicy plum as well as discreet hints of spice (in the background), tobacco and slight touches of cola. Tannins are well-built, fine and structuring. Good length.
