The nose is fruity, elegant and offers harmony, power (in of control) and a full sensation. It reveals notes of dry yellow grape, candied Mirabelle, small notes of candied pear associated with touches of pear flowers, butter cooked apple as well as fine hints of acacia, brioche and a discreet hint of menthol liquorice. The palate is fruity, racy, suave and offers gourmandize, a beautiful control in power, elegance, precision, fullness as well as fine unctuosity and energy. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of dry yellow grape, butter cooked apple, small notes of candied Mirabelle associated with small touches of dry citrus, dry flowers, crystallized mandarine as well as small hints of apple flowers, menthol liquorice, spices, a subtle hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of peat (in the background).
