The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers a slight richness. It reveals notes of quince and crushed yellow peach associated with slight touches of ripe physalis as well as an imperceptible hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, juicy, suave, well-balanced, nicely racy and offers a slight fat, minerality, a beautiful roundness as well as a slight acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon and quince associated with subtle hints of ripe pineapple, physalis as well as a discreet hint of ripe peach, beeswax and an imperceptible hint of toasted oak in the background. Good length.
