The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration as well as a certain richness. It reveals notes of ripe / crushed cassis and slight notes of crushed blueberry, black cherry associated with slight touches of crushed wild strawberry as well as subtle touches of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight minerality, a certain finesse, a slight juiciness as well as a slight density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fleshy blueberry, cassis and black cherry associated with slight / discreet touches of liquorice, tobacco as well as a very discreet hint of leather (in the background) and subtle touches of chocolate on the finish. Good length.
