The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a fine intensity/concentration as well as a very fine richness. It reveals notes of juicy Boysen berry, pulpy cassis, small notes of ripe/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of grey pepper, crushed cherry, tea, wild strawberry as well as fine hints of dry local copse/garrigue and an imperceptible hint of chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a pulpy/bright fruit, a fine tension, minerality and a fine juiciness, a pulpy/bright fruit, a fine tension, minerality and a fine juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy blackberry, pulpy cassis, small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of small bright blue fruits, bright cherry as well as fine hints of tonka bean/chocolate, vanilla and a subtle hint of toasted/caramelization. Good length.
