The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine tension, a small suavity, a fine juiciness, a fine unctuosity as well as a fine mineral frame. In the mouth this Armagnac expresses notes of fleshy peach, Williams pear and small notes of Golden apple, quince associated with a touch of kumquat, marmalade as well as small hints of caramelization, pâtisseries, a discreet hint of cocoa and an imperceptible hint of flowers / violet (in the background).
