Collefrisio – Semis 2013 – Bianco Terre di Chieti

The nose is aromatic and offers a fine richness and a small concentration. It reveals notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small yellow fruits combined with hints of vanilla, flowers as well as slight hints of fresh white fruits and local vegetation. The mouth is juicy, mineral, well-structured and offers straightness as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy yellow fruits, pear, vanilla and small notes of mirabelle plum combined with a very discreet hint of roasted pineapple and beeswax. Good length. Good persistence. There are discreet hints of almond and a fine chews on the persistence.
