The nose is fine, elegant, racy / classic, opulent and delicate. It reveals notes of red fruit (cherry, strawberry) and fine spicy notes associated with a few slight notes of white truffle, leather, mushroom, grove as well as fine notes of pepper, blackberry and dried flowers. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, harmonious, opulent and offers a beautiful density and a beautiful matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, raspberry and cherry associated with fine notes of cassis (in the background) and a few notes of spices, flowers, Sichuan pepper, licorice and fine oaky notes. Good length.
