The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, deepness, a fine intensity as well as power (full of elegance). It reveals notes of cassis, wild small fruits and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of violet, Sichuan pepper as well as very discreet hints of cardamom, roasting and a very discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers juiciness, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful minerality, a good definition, harmony, a fine freshness, gourmandize, fat as well as a beautiful and delicate touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, ripe wild raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of violet, blond tobacco, cardamom as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of tea. Tannins are elegant and well-built.
