Col d’Orcia – Nearco 2011 – Sant’Antimo

Col d’Orcia – Nearco 2011 – Sant’Antimo

(50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah) The nose is intense and powerful. It reveals notes of ripe fruit combined with notes of spices (vanilla …), a few licorice, mushroom and truffle. The palate is fruity, mineral, fat, ample, full, round and fresh. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, blueberry jam, raspberry and touches of cherry associated with a few notes of sweet spices and toasted notes on the finish.
