The nose is fruity, elegant, quite fine and relatively gourmand and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of raisin and yellow peach combined with touches of candied orange, rancio as well as fine notes of white flowers and discreet touches of spices (cardamom, bergamot …). The palate is fruity, gourmande, elegant, well defined, a bit aerial and offers freshness, suavity and a good definition. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of crystallized citrus, white peach in syrup and fine notes of pear associated with notes of nougat, rancio as well as discreet notes of white flowers and spices. Good length.
