The nose is round, powerful, rich, racy and offers intensity. It reveals notes of dried orange zests, caramel, pâtisseries and slight touches of peach, candied lemon zests associated with hints of toasted oak, grilled hints as well as an imperceptible hint of white flowers and coffee. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight suavity, tension as well as a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of dried lemon zests, peach and slight notes of candied citrus associated with touches of Zante currant, caramel, woody touches as well as subtle hints of flowers/orange blossom and touches of spices on the finish. Good length. The finish is relatively powerful.
