The nose is fruity, relatively powerful and incisive. It reveals notes of flowers candy, plum and brugnon associated with slight notes of rancio and spices (a hint of candied ginger). The palate is fruity, fat, suave, round, balanced, mineral, gourmande and offers an unctuous matter. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of brugnon, Pomme d’Amour and slight notes of citrus paste (quince and mandarin) associated with slight notes of caramel and a discreet note of hazelnut. Good length.
