The nose is fruity and gourmand. It reveals notes of ripe red fruits, black cherry and small notes of redcurrants, small wild berries combined with discreet hints of flowers, blackberry as well as very discreet hints of liquorice, toasted and spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a beautiful racy minerality, dynamism, a small concentration, a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful delicacy / suavity as well as a good and discreetly tight structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of ripe / crushed redcurrants associated with touches of blackberry, flowers as well as very discreet hints of liquorice (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length. The finish is acidulous. The persistence is quite gourmande. There is an imperceptible hint of almond / vanilla on the aftertaste.
