The nose is dry, racy and offers a certain complexity as well as intensity. It reveals notes of dry orange, orangette, small notes of tobacco associated with touches of dry white flowers/pot pourri, a fine touch of dry apricot, quince paste as well as hints of cedar, rose wood and pepper. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, a fine gourmandize, a very fine unctuosity as well as a dry character, a small fat, power and intensity. On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of orangette, dry orange, crystallized mandarine associated with touches of pâtisserie, crème brûlée, tobacco, crystallized lemon as well as a fine hint of crushed dry apricot, discreet hints of caramelization, pepper, rose wood, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of bergamot.
