It reveals notes of wild blackberry, cassis and small notes of elderberries associated with slight touches of roasted oak, spices as well as discreet hints of gray pepper, violet and an imperceptible hint of mocha. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a good definition, a beautiful suavity, elegance, a very fine grain, a beautiful texture, freshness, gourmandise as well as a slight unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, sour cherry, elderberries and small notes of blackberry associated with slight oaky / toasted touches, grilled, Zan, violet as well as a very discreet hint of cardamom. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. Good length. There is a hint of chocolate on the persistence. Power on the finish / persistence.
