The nose is fruity, elegant and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry, blueberry and a touch of cassis jam associated with a hint of Zan, Ceylon tea as well as a hint of oak. The palate is fruity, gourmand, juicy, precise and offers freshness and an acid frame / tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum and slight notes of black cherry associated with discreet hints of fleshy wild strawberry, a touch of sweet spices, Zan as well as a fine touch of coffee and a discreet note of flowers. Tannins are fine, well built and a bit firm. Good length.
