On the Côte Vermeille, in the village of Banyuls sur Mer, Clos Saint-Sébastien was founded in 2008 by the association of Jacques Piriou and the oenologist Romuald Peronne. This wine has an attractive and vibrant bouquet of kiwi, lime, tomatillo and white peaches. It has an aromatic finesse, a soft texture and a light acidity. A note of green melon adds extra character to the palate.
