The palate is mineral, fruity, slightly tight and offers a small freshness, a small tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy wild raspberry, crunchy wild red berries and small notes of blackberry associated with small hints of crunchy wild black berries, flowers, a very discreet touch of blond tobacco, cardamom as well as an imperceptible hint of nutmeg and Sichuan pepper. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the persistence.
