Clairette Vieilles Vignes
(Biodynamic) The wine shows a pale straw colour with a copper hue. The nose is intense and open, revealing nuances of bruised apple and quince, a touch of yellow pear and pineapple, delicate hints of Mediterranean herbs. The palate is soft and fluid, with low alcohol, moderate acidity and a light body. It reveals nuances of ripe and overripe yellow apples, a touch of melon, candied pineapple and mango, some floral nuances of violets and meadow herbs. The wine lingers on the palate with a pleasant sweet note of peach.
