Clos Le Joncal Nuit Blanche 2021 – Bergerac Sec

Clos Le Joncal Nuit Blanche 2021 – Bergerac Sec

The wine demonstrates a vivid, bright lemon colour with a silver tinge. The nose is reductive in the beginning with notes of sulphur and struck match, needs air to open up. The palate is succulent and juicy with stimulating acidity, beautiful creaminess and fluidity of texture and a nice balance. The wine is packed with notes of ripe yellow apples, a touch of pineapple, nuances of ripe lemon and grapefruits, delicate spiciness and salinity. The finish lingers with nice minerality and a refreshing bitter hint.
