The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) associated with slight touches of elderflower, flowers as well as a very discreet touch of ginger and zests. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a good definition, a slight juicy frame, a slight minerality as well as a slight unctuosity / suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized citrus, elderflower and small notes of vine peach, flowers, litchi associated with a very discreet hint of ginger and zests. Good length and slight freshness.
