The nose is elegant, aromatic, gourmand and offers a beautiful definition, finesse, complexity as well as a fine racy minerality. It reveals notes of crystalized lemon, candied mandarine zests and small notes of quince associated with small touches of vine peach, pineapple, pink litchee as well as fine hints of flowers (lemon tree, rose) as well as a discreet hint of verbena. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral (racy minerality) and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, tension, precision, a fine grain as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crystalized lemon, crystalized mandarine zests and small notes of candied quince associated with small touches of candied vine peach, crunchy pineapple as well as discreet hints of verbena, elderflower/lemon tree, honey and very discreet hints of almond.
