The nose is racy, elegant and offers minerality, a fine freshness and a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of flowers associated with fine touches of fleshy strawberry, toasted, fine hints of Bourbon vanilla as well as an imperceptible hint of pepper and sugar mild tobacco. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a superb finesse of the grain as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes fresh ripe cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with a discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla, cardamom, toasted and an imperceptible hint almost orange. Tannins are elegant, fine and superb! Good persistence.
