(88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc) The nose is powerful and aromatic. It reveals notes of fruit associated with notes of violet as well as slight notes of red bell pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, balanced, full, opulent, fat, straight and well-defined / precise. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of strawberry and blackberry associated with slight notes of cassis, wild strawberry and a few slight notes of toasted oak and hazelnut on the finish. Tannins are fine, racy but a bit young/firm. Good length and persistence.
