The nose is fresh, racy and offers racy minerality as well as a certain mineral intensity. It reveals notes of fresh cherry, ripe strawberry and small notes of racy minerality associated with small touches of violet, flowers as well as very discreet hints of sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, a nice acidulous / mineral frame, a floral hint as well as crunch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh violet, crunchy / fresh cherry and small notes of cherry blossoms associated with touches of juicy / pulpy purple plum, mineral hints, a subtle hint of spices as well as a very discreet hint of varietal and tonka bean.
