It reveals notes of cassis, black cherry and crushed blackberry associated with a hint of crushed redcurrant, liquorice, an imperceptible hint of eucalyptus as well as fine touches of dark chocolate and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy, full and offers freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy black cherry, juicy raspberry and more slightly strawberry associated with touches of blackberry, fine hints of toasted/caramelized oak, very fine touches of gravelly/ioded minerality as well as subtle hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible touch of milky caramel. Tannins are fine and very slightly tight/firm. Good length.
