The nose is aromatic and offers a fine grain, concentration, a certain power as well as a small deepness. It reveals notes of ripe Boysen berry, juicy cassis, small notes of bigarreau cherry associated with touches of redcurrant, cherry blossom, spices, clove, discreet hints of olive tree as well as a subtle hint of mocha and black olive. The palate is fruity, fresh and offers a bright fruit, a good definition, generosity, gourmandize, fullness as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright Boysen berry, small notes of cherry associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, pink laurel, violet, hints of olive tree, dark chocolate, toasted as well as a discreet hint of tobacco and toasted/roasted almond.
