Le Clos des Fous is a beautiful Chilean project run by four viticulture enthusiasts. Clos des Fous is about terroir, the extreme terroirs in Chile, in this case a coastal expression.
In the glass, this wine offers a full expression of red fruits, which agrees with the delicate notes of forest damp and sweet spices. Completely creamy and gritty, the structure is quite compact, bold rather than fine.
