The nose offers a slight freshness. It reveals slight notes of flowers and hint of fresh/crunchy cassis associated with slight hints of blackberry as well as a discreet hint of redcurrant and slight hints of chocolate. After aeration (in the glass) it reveals a very slight hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight freshness, a slight tension, juiciness, a beautiful roundness, fat, suavity, a beautiful structure, a slight concentration/richness as well as a beautiful silky and slightly creamy matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, crunchy cassis and slight notes of raspberry/fresh red berries associated with hints of chocolate and toasted/caramelized hints. Tannins are fine and slightly firm.
