Clos Carmelet 2020  – Cadillac Côtes-de-Bordeaux 

The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of apricot, yellow peach, small notes of quince associated with touches of mesocarp, a discreet hint of minerality and acacia. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a small minerality, a certain tension, fullness, fat as well as a contained richness and a small acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apricot, candied peach, small notes of quince associated with touches of small candied yellow fruits as well as hints of white flowers, crushed apple and a subtle hint of crystallized lemon.
