On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh cassis, ripe / juicy red berries and small notes of blueberry associated with slight touches of cornflowers, licorice and chocolate. Freshness in the middle of the mouth. Tannins are well-built. A very slight firmness on the finish as well as slight hints of dried almond on the finish / persistence.
