It reveals notes of bright vine peach, peach blossoms, sage and small notes of rosemary blossoms associated with small touches of lemon blossoms, garrigue as well as discreet mineral hints. The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, minerality, tension as well as straightness (but in control). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy green apple, crunchy vine peach and small notes roasted thyme associated with touches of fresh rosemary, verbena, lime zest as well as fine hints of minerality saline. Good length.
