The wine has a pale yellow color, it is limpid and shiny. The nose is mineral, fruity and intense at first glance. There are pretolated notes of stone fruits such as yellow peach, nectarine as well as touches of green pineapple, mint and fennel. The palate is fresh, fruity with a tangy frame. There is a menthol aspect, liquorice in texture. There are notes of green apple, juicy yellow apple, ripening melon as well as hints of yellow peach, green pear and mint. The warm finish is salivating with a hint of iodine.
